Please note the following:

• If your booking request is for a young persons party (16-25 years) we need an additional indemnity form completed.
• If you wish to use a bouncy castle or third party play equipment at a childrens party, you need to read this document

IMPORTANT.  Your booking will not be confirmed until we receive the necessary booking forms and the provisional request will be deleted from the calendar if we do not receive the form within two weeks of the request date.
