Although the Government has removed all socialising restrictions following the COVID-19 pandemic it still recommends that steps are taken to reduce the risk of catching and spreading the disease , principally to get vaccinated, to ventilate meeting spaces when possible, and to wear masks in crowded, enclosed spaces. With that advice in mind we suggest that all hirers carry out an appropriate risk assessment before their event.
The Hall can be booked for the morning, afternoon or evening any day of the week, except when there is a regular club or class meeting.

In summary the hire charge for occasional use is £15/hour with a minimum charge of £30, plus a £10 winter supplement for heating and lighting (October - March). This is payable at the time of booking.
There is an additional charge for the use of the Hall’s audio/visual equipment.
The best way to make a booking is to use the booking calendar. You can search for available dates and request a booking directly from the calendar. When you request a date it will come to us to check availability. We will also need a booking form before the date is confirmed

An additional indemnity form will be required for events that will largely be attended by young people between the ages of 16 and 25.
