The Memorial Hall is open for bookings following the enforced closure due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  However additional terms and conditions now apply to ensure, as far as possible, that the Hall is a safe place for events and activities.

A COVID-19 Risk Assessment was carried out for the Hall and appropriate action has been taken to mitigate the risks identified.

All hirers are strongly advised to conduct their own Risk Assessment before booking.  A model assessment is available for hirers to download and adapt to suit their needs.

The Hall can be booked for the morning, afternoon or evening any day of the week, except when there is a regular club or class meeting.

Please note that there is now a supplementary heating and lighting charge of £10 from September to April due to increased energy costs.

An additional indemnity form will be required for events that will largely be attended by young people between the ages of 16 and 25.
